All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. We recommend a 6-month commitment to give SEO enough time to compound, though this is not required. Because work begins immediately upon signup (GBP optimization, citation building, content, and reporting setup), payments for the current billing month are non-refundable once work has started.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current month already in progress. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains yours (citations built, GBP changes, reporting, etc.).
Where applicable, one-time setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has begun.
For custom-scoped services (SEO campaigns, automation, website builds, reputation management, social/brand, or Meta ads), refund terms are outlined in the individual proposal or agreement provided before work begins.
If we fail to deliver the core scope of work outlined for your plan in a given month, contact us and we'll make it right, whether that's a credit toward the next month or a partial refund, evaluated case by case.
